Aceitunas Torrent celebrates its 120th anniversary and change of corporate image. It celebrates 120 years of excellence in the export of olives, thanking customers and employees for their loyalty and support on this extraordinary journey.

Various R+D+i projects are being developed to minimise water consumption by carrying out actions such as modifications to production processes, water filtration and reuse, purification and evaporation.
2016
The fourth generation of the Torrent family takes over the leadership and Francisco Torrent Béjar is appointed Honorary President and is involved in the preparation of the 5th generation, at the same time as writing his memoirs.
2015
This date marks a milestone of special importance for the Torrent family, since, through the drafting and signing of a family protocol, which embodies a philosophy that goes beyond the purely business level, the foundations are established that guarantee not only the durability over time of the business group, but also the solidity of values that have accompanied all the Torrent generations.
This same year, the central offices located in the centre of Cordoba are acquired and the Torrent Group is presented, under whose strategic umbrella various activities parallel to Aceitunas Torrent will be developed.

The factory is enlarged, the production lines are modernised and a new land transport fleet is acquired, thus increasing production and distribution capacity.

The acquisition of 100,000 square metres of land in the cradle of the Cordoba countryside, Aguilar de la Frontera, will make possible the notable growth experienced subsequently, in a period marked by an increase in production capacity, mechanisation of processes and professionalisation of services.
