PREPARATION
The olives undergo crushing-grinding, beating (for two hours), separation in a decanter, sieving, centrifugation (with water at 30°C), storage and dispatch.
PACKAGING
Receipt, storage, safety filtering, packaging, labelling and packing.
STORAGE METHOD
– Protected from light and oxygen, in hygienic conditions and in stainless steel tanks.
– Recommended storage temperature:
Min. temperature: 15°C
Max. temperature: 20°C
