Olives make their culinary comeback in the classrooms of Córdoba this autumn in Aceituning, which presents the everyday olive in new and spicy recipes based on simple ingredients. It is a sure way to emphasise the versatility and healthiness of olives to a future generation of consumers, as well as introducing healthy cooking and eating habits to young people, whose diet all too often diverges from the ideal Mediterranean diet.
